I love movie snacks. One of my favourites is definitely salty popcorn, which requires you to drink loooaaads of soda to compensate for all the salt. However, I decided to play around a little with one of my all time favourite flavours: salted caramel!

The first thing that comes to mind when I’m cold: soup. I can’t be the only one! Nothing beats a bowl of hot, comforting and filling soup when you’ve been outside all day, and this lentil and bell pepper soup is now officially one of my favourite varieties.

Here in the Netherlands we usually eat kale in one way: mashed with potatoes, and the typical Dutch “smoked sausage”. I wanted to try something else, and when I saw a recipe for a kale stir-fry I knew that was it!

When I was a kid, lasagne was my all-time favourite food. For years. Not pizza, fries or pancakes: no, I wanted lasagne for my birthday. Filled with vegetables and all!
