Together with my friend Louise from CreatyCooking I made a crazy amount of food: tapas style! It was all super delicious, and I’ll definitely recreate some of the bites to share with you as a recipe. Today we reinvent the classic spaghetti and meatballs! The roasted tomatoes are nice and sweet, and using the oven makes this dish super easy.
I love pasta. I mean, who doesn’t?! I think spaghetti and meatballs is the favourite dish of many kids around the world. Today I decided to reinvent this classic: roasting tomatoes in the oven makes them extremely tasty, and because the meatballs are baked in the same tray it’s done in no time! (And with little dishes… ;))

Monday the 7th of November was a really cool day in the Markthal, Rotterdam. I was invited to attend the opening of the Indonesia themed week, together with other foodbloggers and culipers. We enjoyed many delicious tastings at Wah Nam Hong, and I learned many interesting facts. Of course, I also met some kind new people!

I received a package from Mr & Mrs Tea, which contained one of the best tea products there is: matcha powder. This bright green powder can be used to make tea and matcha latte, but can also be used in various baked goods and desserts. I wanted to bring out that beautiful green, which is how I came up with the idea for these swirl cookies!
