In this video/blog I share some insights about anxiety. I’ve been dealing with it for around 3 years, so I’ve gathered quite some information!
Hey guys! Something different on the blog today: a video about anxiety. As some of you may know, I’ve been dealing with anxiety for about three years now… And I’m trying to have the most positive approach as possible!
In this video, I’ve tried to explain what I think happens with anxiety. As anxiety can be super difficult to understand (as with any mental health problem), I’ve been struggling with trying to explain this for quite some time. However, I found a few ways of telling “my story” in the clearest way possible.
That’s why I wanted to make this video. To share these explanations and hopefully help some people understand, too.
Anxiety is a real bitch, and it can be super tiring. It’s actually really hard for me to post this online, as ‘open’ as I may always seem about it… The sharing part is still something I struggle with.
To be real honest, when I was editing this video I questioned at times whether or not I wanted to post this video online. Not because I’m embarrassed, but because I feel that I didn’t explain it as clearly as I wanted to!
Also, I’ve been struggling with my energy levels – I can’t do too much on a day, as that will make me super tired – and that shows so clearly in this video. I speak slowly and with pauses, and I look super tired…. But I decided that I shouldn’t doubt it now: as frustrating as it may be, that’s all part of anxiety.
Even the doubting myself is a huge part of anxiety! So, uploading this video is also a good training for myself. Baby steps.
Okay, I think it’s time for me to share the video now! I really hope you learn something from it, and if there are any questions… You know where to find me.
Thanks for all your supportive feedback!
