YUMM! This is a burger that both of us loved. And no, it’s not a chicken burger with avocado on top: it’s actually a mixture of avocado and chicken and it is oh so good.
As I’ve already mentioned a hundred thousand times (ok, maybe a liiittle less) I’ve been reading about health in combination with food. And I once again saw confirmed what we probably all know already: meat is not that healthy. White meat like chicken and turkey is acceptable, but red meats are not okay. I’ve always been one to find my own path so that’s what I’m doing now: I will still eat red and white meats, but with the effects it has in the back of my head. Which usually means I’ll limit my intake!
And so that’s what I’m doing now: I eat less meat. I am not a vegetarian and could never be one but it’s good to think about the things we eat, right? This burger is actually best of both worlds: you eat a delicious burger BUT eat less meat and more vegetables. What’s not to like?
Who doesn’t love burgers and avocado…
