 IMG_3153 Hi there, my favourite readers and blogger friends! Today I’m going to start with a post I’d like to bring back more often: food talk! This is a chance for me to get to know you, and to give an update of what’s going on in my life. I’ll share some of my favourite blog posts from the internet, some cool recipes or Instagram updates… Who knows!

I was at my parent’s place when I found these AMAZING vintage (real real real vintage from mothers great aunt or something) teacups etc. and I decided it was time for a little photography practising 😉 I made some tea and took everything outside in the sun! And you have to admit it looks sort of British, those teacups and saucers… That’s why I figured “How do you do?” would be the perfect title! *insert British accent*

Life update: Facing my fears

So today (Wednesday) I feel like writing because it’s my first day back to school. I’m following classes from 12-17 and I’m extremely nervous! You might be thinking “gee woman, I thought facing your fears meant wrestling a bear or jumping out of a burning air plane!” Well, you thought wrong.

Don’t worry: this is not a post full of complaints and sob stories.

Life Update: February

Hey all!

I feel like writing something so write I shall. Read this blog if you’d like to know a bit more about me 🙂 Okay I started writing about life at my parents’ place, but I just came back from having dinner at the restaurant I used to work at. I feel like I have to write about it, because I’m bouncing around with so much energy… Everyone was so sweet I could seriously cry right now! I scratched every part I wrote about life at my parents place because it is too distracting haha.

There is so much going on in my head I have no idea how I’m supposed to sleep tonight. I will try to write it down and I’m currently chatting with my friend Mariska, which always helps. I have to post this, I think it’s a good idea to share it but it’s scary. Scary is bad. Scary things are things I would avoid. But I’m in a learning process, and scary is what I need to learn. Yes. No. Scary. I will never fall asleep like this…

Life Update: Anxiety

Hey all!
I started this blog to be able to share my love for food, as well as to clear my mind a bit. I’ve always felt that writing things down helps to give certain feelings a place, as well as help understand situations better. The following Life Updates will contain my life for the past couple of weeks: my first experiences with living together, improving our house even more (pictures!), I’ve been to a Toko for the first time ever (they had wasabi ice cream, really!), I learned a lot about myself and I unfortunately still have to deal with this anxiety. I’m quite busy tackling this fear: I even went to school today after almost a year! Hopefully I’ll soon feel confident enough to start going there daily again.

There’s so much going on in my head right now I don’t even know how I’m going to write this all down! But surely I can’t be the only one who feels overwhelmed sometimes, so maybe someone can identify with this. Okay, where do I start…
