These super simple pear and goats cheese bites are the perfect addition to your tapas selection or homemade party snacks. Sweet pear, creamy cheese… Mmmm!
Together with my friend Louise from CreatyCooking I made a crazy amount of food: tapas style! It was all super delicious, and I’ll definitely recreate some of the bites to share with you as a recipe. Today is the first one: slices of pear topped with creamy goats cheese, honey and pine nuts to create the perfect combo.
Time for part two of the bites we served at our house warming party! This time I share with you these extremely simple thin pizzas (inspired by flammkuchen) with red onion, crème fraiche and dried ham. So little ingredients, such a nice and luxurious flavour!
I love a good soup. There are so many options, I like to prepare a different soup every week! However, sometimes it’s not enough as a dinner so you’ll have to add something like a piece of bread or… breadsticks!
I’ve got this great and simple recipe that I prepared in a few minutes with some puff pastry, cheese and sesame seeds. We ate these together with the vegetable soup recipe I posted yesterday. How easy is that?!
So you know how parents tell you all your life that chips are not for dinner? Well, they lied. There is a perfectly acceptable way to have chips for dinner that includes many vegetables and is still very tasty. It’s called nachos!
Of course, even though it has vegetables and stuff it’s not as healthy but it’s so tasty parents will have to look the other way for this dish 😉 Recipe at the bottom of the post, look for my new recipe layout!
