The good and the bad

Question of conscience: do you mainly pay attention to the things you’ve done right or the ones you fail to succeed at?

Thanks to my therapy session this morning I realized I’m probably 80% focussed on the unsuccessful or uncompleted parts of my life. The fact that I’m back at school now while six months ago the thought of school alone was enough to send me down a path of panic and fear is not enough: I feel as if I have to give it all right away! But as I mentioned this morning I had some sort of revelation… I’ve already come so far.

  1. I don’t know why, but I think most people focus more on the negative than the positive. I guess it is easier to be mean towards yourself, than kind! 😉 The thing is, once you realize you are being overly critical of yourself, you can make a change!
Anyways, LOVE this bake! Cauliflower is one of my favorite things, so this bake is right up my alley! You packed this baby with tons of yum!! Dinner time perfection, dear! Cheers! <3

    1. I know, such a stupid thing we do right? We should focus on the positive, but that is harder indeed. Anyway, thank you for the kind comment! I love cauliflower too, so this was perfect indeed 🙂
