Oof, Spring I’m ready for ya! When I started this post I wanted to do both recipes & blogs about Spring, but I found sooooo many recipes alone that I figured it’s better if I split them into two. Hope you enjoy the recipe part!

Drinks

How good does this Tropical Strawberry Hibiscus Rum Smash from Half Baked Harvest look?!

Gin is hot & happening! I could definitely see myself sipping a Cucumber, Gin and Thyme Fizz this Spring or Summer…. Would Kitchen Swagger do deliveries?

Okay okay, not all drinks have to be alcoholic… How about 1912 Pike’s Cinnamon Coffee?

Or a refreshing and easy peach tea! Passion for savings shows us how.

Savoury

Time for savoury recipes! I’ll start with a round-up that I personally really like: Vinaigrette recipes!

We’re usually not the biggest fan of celery, but this celery, apple and mint slaw looks so nice and fresh! Recipe by Grits and Chopsticks.

Cheyanne from No Spoon Necessary always comes up with the best combinations, and I’ve had this recipe for Salmon Gravlox & Chive Egg Roulade with Vodka-Horseradish Creme Fraiche saved for over a year now…. I think it’s time to taste!

At home we eat asparagus quite often, but never roasted! This seems like a good time to try this recipe for roasted asparagus with poached eggs, parmesan and ham by My Gorgeous Recipes.

More asparagus! This pea prosciutto spring pizza by What’s Gaby Cooking looks like my kinda breakfast, lunch OR dinner 😉

Another one I really like! Thai Pea Soup by Running to the Kitchen.

Quesedillas with feta, hummus and avocado by nomnom network.

Sweet

Two of my favourite fruits in one popsicle…. Dawn from Girl Heart Food knows how to get Spring going with this recipe for peach, strawberry and lime pops!

I’ve been wanting to learn how to create macarons for a while now, but once I know….. These chamomile and caramelized honey macarons are definitely the first ones on the list! Recipe by Cookie Named Desire.

It’s no secret that I’m a fan of red grapefruit and desserts. Combine the two and you get this beautiful grapefruit souffle by Blahnik Baker!

When I say this is a recipe by Nigella Lawson, I don’t think I have to do any more explaining. However, I have two more words for you: coffee. ice cream.

This delicious (boozy!) limoncello mousse from Paper & Stitch is going on my list of recipes to make!

Stay Alive and Cooking

Almost finished this post and then I realized there weren’t any of my recipes in there! So here we go:

Yoghurt lemon pie

Sweet potato toast two ways

This light and airy bundt cake is made in a smaller mould (Ø 16,5 cm), so you can enjoy a piece of cake at any time! The lemon makes it nice and fresh.

That’s it for today guys, which recipe is your favourite? I know I can’t choose!
