October flew by way too quickly! Many things happened and many dishes were cooked. Let’s make a quick overview of this month, shall we? A picture diary!
I’ve been sick for over a week, so I’m a bit behind on blogging. Help! I normally have some blog posts ready to upload, and now I’m working on Wednesday’s blog on Tuesday. Not my style. I’m going to work hard!
Let’s start with a list, first.
Most popular blog posts:
Flatbreads with chicken, mango and avocado
My favourite pins:
I love Pinterest. I use it every day (you can follow me here) and I always hope my pins one day get super popular, too. A girl can dream 😉 Also, even though it’s only November I’ve started with my “what to cook for Christmas” list. Is that too early??
Apple Blackberry Pie If only I could make pies look that pretty!
Dirty Chai MuffinsI don’t think I need to give any explanation.
This brings back so many memories. Drunken Aussie, haha. Plus, it looks totally delicious.
I always love looking at other people’s photo diaries, so I hope you enjoy this one from ‘my October’ too!
My parents came to Breda and we had lunch together at my favourite place.
I received this super cute Matcha package from Mr & Mrs Tea. I’ve got a recipe waiting to be written with this gorgeous product, can’t wait to see what you think!
I published my first video! Super easy granola.
And then of course my second video. I’m addicted already, I’ll try to upload one every Monday!
Had waayyy too much caffeine at “Brandpunt” in Breda with my friend Natasha.
This one’s not actually a food picture, but I still want to include it here. It’s my blog! We ordered our little Noes her very first kitty furniture, and the boyfriend and I spent the evening “building” it… 🙂 She particularly loves the flying mice.
Not the best picture, but this are some of the 140 (!!) cookies my dad and I baked… It was his birthday a little while ago, and it’s tradition at his work to treat everyone to cake or pie or whatever. And these “Iron cookies” are his favourite, so he decided we could bake them together. Without the special waffle iron that’s required. So we made them in frying pans!
One of the last days filled with sunshine is best spent taking a long walk, of course. The boyfriend and I spent our weekend at my parent’s place, which is very close to the beach!
You probably already noticed, but I changed the banner on my site.. 🙂
I guess that’s it for October guys, I’ve got much more exciting things planned for this month so stay tuned! See you soon,
