Roasted butternut squash with rosemary

Ingredients
  1. Butternut squash, 1 medium
  2. Rosemary, half a spoonful
  3. Olive oil
  4. Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Cut the squash in half, and use a spoon to scoop out the seeds.
  3. Cut the halves into slices, about 2 cm wide.
  4. Place these in an oven tray. Sprinkle with oil, salt and rosemary and mix.
  5. This goes into the oven for 35-40 minutes.
