This weekend we spent our time in our lovely apartment in Breda. As the boyfriend is always home quite late during the weekdays I’m usually the one who cooks, so this Sunday we decided to switch roles. Usually we just pop the wraps in the microwave for 30 seconds but we were told that you have to pan fry them so they get nice and crisp. Definitely a good tip! Also, we usually eat wraps with chicken but swapping this for shawarma was a good idea. The avocado adds this creaminess that nearly replaces the sauce you’d normally add, and it’s sooo tasty!
