Pasta is always a good source of inspiration. Today I decided to reinvent the classic “spaghetti and meatballs” and make it my way! The meatballs are made of spinach and minced meat and surprisingly tasty: If you close your eyes you almost can’t tell it’s not 100% beef! Weird, right? The spinach adds a nice flavour, too.
Are you ready to see this recipe? You won’t regret it, I’m really proud of how it tasted and the boyfriend loved it!
Hi guys, I just quickly wanted to tell you about certain events in my life! Good and bad parts unfortunately.
It has been a while since I posted a life update, also because I usually add a quick update with my recipe posts. Sometimes I doubt on whether or not to include those personal stories, but then I remember that this is my blog and that I enjoy reading other peoples’ personal stories too! I read foodblogs only partially because I get inspired from the recipes: a large part is about enjoying stories, bits and pieces of the lives of others.
I love food, I love writing and I love lists. What’s not to love about the 25 food questions tag? Accompanied with random food photos. Yes. I made sure that all the pictures are clickable so they will redirect you to the recipe or post that belongs to the photo, how cool is that?!
By the way, if there for any reason are questions you’d like to ask me feel free to do so! You can fill out a contact form or simply send me a message on Facebook or Instagram.
This weekend has been a little hectic because we celebrated my boyfriends birthday, so we didn’t cook at all on Saturday. We were so lazy we just ate the leftover crackers and cheeses! Tomorrow I’ll be back with a great budget proof recipe.
