Together with my friend Louise from CreatyCooking I made a crazy amount of food: tapas style! It was all super delicious, and I’ll definitely recreate some of the bites to share with you as a recipe. Today is the first one: slices of pear topped with creamy goats cheese, honey and pine nuts to create the perfect combo.
I looove tapas. First of all I usually really love those typical Spanish dishes, but I mainly love the idea of shared dining. You get to eat so many different dishes! You don’t have to choose! (Foodie dreams) And you can discover and taste new things together.
